ever since wad happen after the selection i don't understand why you are suddenly behaving like this. like ignoring me. was it because of the message?.. i just wrote wad i felt. it seem that you were kinda down so i thought of cheering you up. is that so wrong??. i was just being a friend. i only see you as friend now, its so over the feelings okay. i'm SO NOT trying to steal you away from her.. cause i had to run 3.3km. and i haven been training for weeks..

i was like about to die.. LITERALLY.

but adriel and ken jogged wif me... LOVE YOU GUYS!!!..

managed to complete it, but i wouldn't have done it without adriel and ken..

then did training mostly on legs..

which explains the CRAMPS!!..

i screamed.. it was so pain, couldn't even move the leg. i just dropped on the track.. hehe.

but i put all that aside. and i know that now i need to run.

i have to beat the timing of 2.4km first

then i slowly start running longer distant. that's how my body works man.

oops.. guess i kinda got carried away, that phrase just popped into my mind.

well its almost the end of the first week of schooling. i still needed to do some adjusting. 

tomorrow will be my first official PT. its kinda bittersweet. 

Cause its like after a long time i finally get to train, yea baby yea. But wait MR.REDDY and MR.KEN is taking the training.. which can only mean one thing SUICIDES AND PUSHUPS..

currently my parents are not at home. only me and my brother at home.
